Well done, I do play this a little differently than you do. I believe the first note is on the second fret of the A which allows your hand to be a little more efficient and allows you to add the octave and the end of the phrase. Also, in the pre-chorus,it’s just jazz. The third court shouldn’t be a Tri-tone. I’ll put something together and share just as an alternate perspective. Great song.

I love the video and appreciate your work but if anyone is having trouble playing along after using this video, the pre verse riff isn't correct (for the studio version at least) there's another video on here that shows it correctly and the tab on Ultimate Guitar is surprisingly the correct version!

Other bands would be stuff like Deftones, dredg, arcane roots, toska, slipknot, sinch, Chili Peppers, a perfect circle, breaking benjamin, audioslave, soundgarden (anything Cornell really!), linkin park, hoobastank, foo fighters to name but a very small few, plus classic stuff like zepplin, hendrix, the Beatles, fleetwood mac, the police etc. There’s loads of others but that’s probably a good cross section!
