I was under the impression from the rules pdf online that you couldn't have more than one of the same alter ego in the roster as well as the strike team. Only one Peter Parker for example. But they don't call anything a strike team, and don't really make it clear what things are referred to as what, so I cojld be missing something there.

Atomic Mass Games Forum cleared this up. The end of the video is correct. You can have 2 identical alter egos in your roster but not your squad
