If you are watching this and struggling with playing along with the song it is good to know that there are several measures in the song that switch to 2/4. So for example sometimes you'll hold the D for 6 beats instead of 4 or 8, just something to listen for why you are tapping your foot. Thank you Marty. Used to play a lot and was deep into making music and playing guitar back in the 90s, but had some trauma and depression about 20 years ago that resulted in me abandoning music and selling all my studio gear, A friend lent me a guitar a while back and I didn't touch it for a long time.... but just today I felt a new spark of inspiration and picked this song very deliberately to get me back into it.... because it's naturally how I always used to play and the vocals are right in the middle of my range (and it's just a damn good fun composition). And there are several teaching videos for this song in particular but yours matches my brain the best and I'm really loving this as a portal back into mucianship. Thank you so much,
