I'd recommend using MrJoelseph's roster as it's more up to date and I like the rookie player models on that roster better.

Unfortunately not. About 10 years ago in the older days of 2K you could use custom rosters for MyCareer. But 2K stopped that once MyCareer became heavily tied to Park and Rec.
