In the bridge Syd sometimes plays the low E string as an open drone to some of the chords (I think it's the F and Bb). At first I thought it was just sloppy playing, but it might have been something Syd was trying out at that time.

Its a solid carved made in the fifties in Germany archtop, by Arnold Hoyer. The model is called Herr Im Frack. Great sounding and looking vintage axe indeed.
