The appropriate way to play Mei in OW2 is to be an evil bastard to the enemy tank. Cut off their healing, trap them, and put them down like old yeller. It's why she oddly enough felt less mean back in 1 when she had her full freeze on primary fire- the game plan to win wasn't to just execute a single player over and over again, it was to be an annoying obstruction on the point.

The Rein at the end got a taste of how earlier predators went extinct LMAO. His shield get's melted, his earth shatter is easily CC'd, his mobility doesn't offer protections and makes him an easy target and he's a melee character in a world now dominated where everyone has at least a mobility boost.

I remember in OW1 with Orisa and her shield. I got an insane save from a teammate bastion in which they were slept a bit behind me while I was on point, turned around, fired my shield back there, and it landed and deployed right before a brig detonated their dynamite. I knew this happened since I was teaming with the bastion and they were suprised my shield saved them

I love my Orisa😌. Never played OW1, started w OW2 a month ago or just shy and I just reached diamond 5 w her. She’s good if you have a good team, you HAVE to land spears and carefully use your other 2 CD in tandem to survive and make plays.

I play orissa as my tank and I started this year on own. She is perfect for me, my first 5 comp matches put me at gold 5 for thank. My advice if you want to hold the line don't use the 2 abilities not including the spear throw so you have a prolonged chance to survive and defend
