I think they are genuinely playing with no HUD, they need a clear, visual, audible attack from the enemy as a que to start right clicking, they can't hit a single shot, they don't know when cooldowns are down, and they don't even have any awareness of where their health bar's at. Including the fact that 90% of the time they don't know who's an enemy and who's not, I genuinely think this person accidentally pressed a "No HUD" option back when they just started playing this game, and now they're complaining about it. That's the only reasonable answer to why they're playing so bad.

i was gold/plat when i played and in most games i can't tell when i'm getting shot or from where, though i try to change settings to make it more clear. i do have a visual impairment, but maybe this guy's just got it worse than me?

As where my friends, though I got used to being pretty much the best player in my lobbies (which isn't saying much, like Silver 2, in a Bronze 1 lobby, by the friends I was playing with where like bronze 3, but still) but supposedly bronze 5 is the lowest rank. Interestingly there where a handful of bronze 5 players that where well better then some like bronze 2 players.

I know this player isn’t trolling because I had a game last night where my team thought I was flaming them because I said they need to touch point to stall the game. Their response was “You’re tank it’s tanks job to touch point.” I admit, I caps locked my response but there was no profanity or flaming, but when both DPS and a Healer all say it’s tank’s responsibility to touch I had to make sure they knew it is physically impossible for a dead tank to touch a point. They listened the next two rounds and we won the game but they decided to throw shade when me and the other healer said gg saying “couldn’t have been that good of a game XD”

Bro, these vids have changed how I look at teammates, I legit used to be like this one guy I had a game with saying stuff like 'I'm trying to carry but my team is terrible.' Then using the scoreboard as evidence when I've actually been playing horribly taking so many 1v4s, 1v3s, even 1v5s. These have unironically changed how I look at my own gameplay, thanks Flats. (Btw, that guy I mentioned earlier and the 1vnumber examples were real, bro took 1v5s, I don't think I even saw him hack a health pack once, and even said near the end 'Yeah I've been trying to carry on sombra, but my team is trash, just look at the kills and damage and it's a clear difference.' Gotta say that the hardest thing about overwatch ranked is not the climb while improving, but simply getting out of bronze. There are so many people like this out there that sometimes you just cant win no matter how you play it. I was hardstuck bronze for 4 MONTHS and then I broke out of it and shot up to plat. I now average around gold 2 and have slowly been climbing, but bronze is hell.
