I LOOVE Bar chords! For me, righht-hand muting is veery difficult.. I just practised bar chords all the time when i started learning the guitar. Now i play them more often than open chords :)

it's an Am7 on the 5th fret, but the 5th string is muted ... basically a complete bar of the 5th fret. So justin is playing the low E 6th) string with his 2nd finger and then barring the rest with his 3rd... also muting the 5th string with the tip... you could play the 7th fret on the 5th too... sounds a bit cooler with it muted though
