CHAPPY! Good ole Chappy. It's a Copy/Vodka of Shchors, but now with radar, and worse match making. That said, Chappy is a good bote that tries to improve upon Shchors but ends up feeling like a side grade to me. The radar is useful though, I guess? :)

Extended radar gives +4 seconds. Which makes a difference of 1 extra volley on target. Worth it imo

There is lots of information about Chapayev on the internet. You just need to search for Чапаев or Крейсера проекта 68-К. Here is a short summary: Chapayev was completed and put into operation in May 1950 and entered the 4th Navy in September. Chapayev was transferred to the KSF in April 1958. Chapayev was withdrawn from the Navy and reclassified as a training ship, disarmed and reorganized into PKZ 1960. Chapayev was scrapped at the Glavvtorchermet base in Murmansk 1964. By the way the real Chapayev had 2 x 5 torpedos.

Your last live stream you were hating on ships and match making pretty bad as well, I think it's fair to say it was an off day for you. I'd say you're often brutally honest when it comes to your matches and ships you like and dislike. Anyone that says otherwise obviously hasn't seen any of your "How To" videos or live streams. Thanks JC, I prefer brutal honesty to being fake and the last live stream was as bad as I've had in a LONG time. It was awful. Suffice to say, a lot of things on my mind as of late unrelated to WoWs or this YT channel and I just wasn't mentally engaged enough to do well. Some of those things have gone away or changed that I'm hoping future live streams will be much better!

The extended radar duration upgrade is for tier IX-X and goes in slot 2 where you have the propulsion modification 1 upgrade currently. I'll have to try the extra steering instead of concealment because it still feels like a truck. XD

For Seattle, would you suggest rudder shift mod? It feels a little sluggish stock but it could just be me.

I can't say I've honestly played Seattle stock to know and I think I've only played her twice since the USN Cruiser split... I'd guess that the concealment is more important long term.

@@Whiskey11Gaming You can get both. Rudder is on slot 4 and concealment on slot 5. You get AA mods on 1 3 and 6, or range and dispersion mods on 3 and 6 if you would rather focus on the guns.

@@Lukos0036 After T8 on cruisers and destroyers you can replace the concealment module with an additional rudder shift module. I thought that is what you were talking about. Generally speaking, in the rudder shift or engine power slot, I take rudder shift unless it has a crazy good rudder without it.

History of ships is an important aspect to understanding how they were used in game. If you didn't know x ship was a battlecruiser, but tried to play it like a battleship, you'd probably find it frustrating to play! SO yeah, I spend 16 minutes talking about the history of a ship and the setup for the ship, because it's important to understand how to play it in game. Thanks for watching!
