I did everything but when I go to the ERA Launcher, select the game version and press Launch, it just shows a loading circle next to my cursor and then nothing happens. (PS: My Real time protection on antivirus was off the whole time as well.)

In order to get the skins you have to disable your wifi before launching the version of your game. When you get to the sign in page enable your wifi once again and login. The email should be Username@. and for the password type any letter. You should be able to find the skins in your locker after getting into the lobby.

I bet you have never seen this weird unreleased item. It's called the "Big Poppy". This item was a throwable item in Season 3, and when you threw it, it would turn into a giant balloon.
