My problems with this season: This was when the storyline was also the most dead we’re talking like rock bottom. I also didn’t personally care for the jungle so that’s my opinion, what’s not an opinion and a fact is the worst summer event of all time, basically zero content outside of jujitsu kaisen (which wasn’t as cool as dragon ball the previous summer season Vibin) just a disaster imo. Flapjack rifle was cool so it gets a 3/10

I personally think it was cool that they changed how the game functioned in Wrecked, and I think they should have seasons that fully change the game just to make it feel fresh. However they could've done a better job with the transition as it was kinda nuts to just flip the meta with no warning.

It’s just very forgotten, as it was surrounded by two of the best seasons, but it was a fun and interesting season gimmick to remove most of the land. But yeah, the meta shifted greatly and it was interesting as everyone had to adapt, putting a lot of people on an even playing field.

I feel like one of the main problems was the new poi’s weren’t that good. The concept was great, but the fact that it was a very low lying area with a ton of indestructible structures and places to hide / blend in took a ton of points away from that season . Not to mention all the other seasons in that chapter was much better in comparison , so it made the season look worse than it actually is

Hot take but i enjoyed WILDS. I kind of understand some hate for it (like the aweful summer event) but i had so much fun. For me, the most exciting part of fortnite are the map changes, and i care most about their looks and design. Ive always loved jungles so the idea of a hidden underground jungle was so cool to me. I also liked the battle pass, and sure the weapons werent great but I loved the mamoth pistol and explosive repeater rifle

Everything from Chapter 5 was pretty good, besides the first season, compared to everything else. The "worst season" from chapter 5 was season 3. It wasn't THAT bad, but I feel as if that the reason why people belived it was bad, was that the pacing was amped up tenfold. The whole nitro mechanic made everything feel faster. Me personally, I liked it, but some people probably didnt.

Then season 1 I found boring until the most wanted event as that was fun. Then 2 was meh, I didn’t care for the new biome and all that much but Star Wars really was awesome. Then in season 3 Futurama was peak. Then the mini pass one I didn’t/don’t care for as I have no clue what it is. Then the hero one or whatever I didn’t care for either. Honestly I hated it same with the anime one in season 3 as they had those op mythics. Then back to the hero one the sound design makes no sense sounds like the characters about to take the biggest shot of their life and are very constipated, also I have no clue why the supply drop dialogue was some other language. Then season 4 was the best season hands down.

In defense of each “bad” season: Season X had some of the coolest poi’s and was a great mash up and send off to the chapter. Epic added mechs to help out new players and to give them a chance since there were so many complaints about sweats Primal changed the game up too much to where it didn’t feel like Fortnite anymore but during the end when we got used to it it was really fun. The Primal AR was broken sometimes, the primal pistol was the mammoth 1.0 or deagle alternative, and the shotgun… was broken until it was nerfed to the ground. Once we adapted to the new crafting system I think it was enjoyable Vibin’ was boring. It felt like we were just there to take a break from all the crazy stuff we got this chapter and just relax. Wolf riding and petting was fun and the loot kinda sucked but it was just slow and boring. We had 3 amazing seasons and this one was good but overshadowed Wilds was good for zero builds and really changed how we got around the map. Not enough changes and content that stand out and yeah it was weak but again is overshadowed by the other 3 seasons Wrecked was just Mad Max. You literally have to go to the desert area at the bottom and get cars and mods to play the game. Everywhere else is irrelevant since if you don’t kill one of the bosses and get their mythics and cars you just can’t play the game. Not enough people used cars and were used to running around but once you find counters and weapons to help against cars or just get your own from a gas station it’s fun

Chapter 4 season 3 was kind of fun, I mean introduce the mammoth pistol arguably the only weapon you would need to be anybody, also it had the Jiujitsu Kaizen collab what's in my opinion is one of the best collabs yet. And also the Futurama one was really good, and the loophole itself wasn't that bad either I think The Summer event and the jungle biome is the only bad part about it and the fact that there was barely any updates. And also every single collab mythic in this season only hit for a 100 damage Max

So I literally started playing Fortnite during Chapter 4: Season 2 and vastly enjoyed myself. But when the next season rolled around (jungle), I was so uninvested that I left the game. The jungle was such a chore through navigate through and the battle pass (aside from Meowscles and Optimus) was really uninteresting. I just came back this season and while Doomed isn’t great, I’m still enjoying my time more than the jungle season.

I started playing towards the end of Chapter 2 Season 4. My personal opinions: Chapter 2 Season 6: why does the community hate this season more than any other? I loved it! The map completely changed, the crafting was an interesting idea and fun, wildlife was introduced, the bows were fun, Primal weapons were fun, spire jump boots were great, battle pass was great, I didn't hear about Neymar Jr up until that season but his skin design was AMAZING! And we got two new LTMs! The worst Chapter 2 season for me? Season 8. I didn't like the theme, there were hardly any map changes until later, to get the sideways weapons you had to fight "zombies" if you like, I'm not interested in games like that and you could easily get third partied, and the battle pass wasn't great imo other than a few skins, and Carnage is DISGUSTING! The mechs coming back was a highlight for me though as they're so fun to use, and the end event was FANTASTIC! Chapter 3 Season 3: yeah, I agree. Battle pass wasn't great, just generic, other than Malik and Darth Vader, plus the only light saber was Vader's one, they didn't bring the others back as far as I'm aware. Rideable animals were a great edition and so were the weapon fruit plants, and the map changes were fun, especially the baller coaster and wind tunnels, the grapple glove was added, all of this was great tbh... It just got stale very quickly. The Dragonball update saved it from being terrible though, but looking back I've realised this was a genuinely good season, they just didn't spread everything out as much which is why it got boring compared to the other Chapter 3 seasons. Chapter 4 Season 3: I completely understand the hate, but me? I enjoyed it! I loved the jungle biome, kinetic boomerang and mud, and to be honest the game having not as much content as usual was nice because I took a break from Fortnite from January to late May so it was a nice way to slowly bring me back into the game. The battle pass wasn't great though, other than purradise meowscles and Optimus Prime. I'm annoyed he didn't get a glider. And the lore was starting to get better! At the beginning of Chapter 4, limiting it to quests, really? But they actually had lore attached to why Optimus Prime was in a jungle season, and Slone came back, telling us about the eclipse! The storyline was going to get interesting again... Or so I thought. The worst season of Chapter 4 imo was Last Resort. For a season which had a hyped up storyline last season, brought back a ton of mythics and included a villain teased since Ronin's Chapter 3 Season 1 loading screen, you would think it'd be amazing right? If you wanted the new content, you had to land at the new POIs. Yes, we had the Rocket Ram, Business Turret and EMPs which were so fun, but most of the exciting content was at the new POIs, so unlike most seasons where people flock to new locations and even stop, these POIs were ALWAYS busy, so you had to be really skilled in order to even use these weapons and heist through multiple matches just to try each mythic. I'm not the best player by any stretch. You can see how this got boring. And then they killed Thorne off in a quest! That was it! Hyped storyline gone down the drain! And the battle pass had some good skins but it wasn't the best imo. Chapter 5 Season 3: Epic should've split the loot pools. Because honestly? This season was DOWNRIGHT OUTSTANDING! The car mods and car fighting, nitro, boom bows and tow hooks made the game fresh. We got a ton of collabs and updates, the battle pass was AMAZING, the Magneto gloves were a bit broken in ZB but fun, and even though the cars were broken at first, the new weapons meant there were so many counters for those who just simply didn't want to use them, yet the cars were still great! I got so mad at the comp community, Reisshub said "I just wanna ask if you like this season do you genuinely enjoy playing Fortnite" oh come on of course I do! And why did people compare them to the mechs? There were way more cars on the map than the few mechs around in season X from what I've heard. The gameplay of the mechs looks more broken than the cars were imo. Overall fricking amazing season! Tbh, I've enjoyed every chapter 5 season so far, Epic have absolutely cooked! The storyline is finally consistent even though most villains are still killed off outside of events and there's still no lore reason as to why the loop still exists. My least favourite is chapter 5 season 1 but not because it's "bad" just because the new gameplay mechanics became overwhelming after season OG and I didn't play it for a month, but when I came back it was pretty good! I respect your opinions though! I spent around half an hour writing this 😂

Fr man mechs were easy to counter in each game mode too unless there were multiple aiming at you, solos I'd just spam build boxes then jump in and self destruction them, then in other game modes I'd heavy dnipe them from far away while my team sprayed, the continuous nap changes were some of the best we've seen like zombie retail, gotham and tilted town, collabs worked well and ended the chapter with a top tier event which is better that some of the more recent ones ch1s worst for me was season 9, even then it was still fun just didn't like it as much as the others it definitely wasn't mid or bad was actually good

I actually loved chapter 4, season 3. Every season is what you make it, and at that time in my life I had a good friend group to play with and that made all the difference. The raptures were fun and hilarious, the wolves were fast, and fighting in the jungle was a blast. Ducking in and of the thick foliage in fire fights was some of the most intense gunplay I’ve ever had in Fortnite. Solid season for me. But that just like, my opinion man.

season X: mech complains was to much because Its always on the map the spawn locations, the rest of the season was peak, all chaotic and fun to make a great ending to the chapter ch2 s6: first time they changed the meta from the beginning of the game, something different from always using ar and pump, the upgrade mechanic was a good concept and actually farm to upgrade the weapons, the map was ok ch3 s3: strange season tbh, ok Its a chill season, but not to be boring, the map changes are decent ch4 s3: very weird to random put a jungle biome in the center of the map (removing the only poi I liked) and the rest of the season was more boring than vibe ch5 s3: the season was the most fun to ever exist, every game fells like a war, the problem are the big nerfs and not changing the lootpools for comp players

I disagree. When you try and rate every season based on the community, it's usually very inaccurate. First of all, the "season 3 curse" is not real and Primal was pretty fun. The worst season of chapter 2 was season 1 cause it was way too long, and there were no updates. For chapter 1, it's actually every season before season 5, because the game was pretty basic back then. People usually hate on season x only because of the mechs. It's the same reason why people hate the cars. Instead of complaining, just use them yourself... I feel like there are no bad seasons. I just comes down to personal preference on how people play the game.

Me and my duo partner personally really enjoyed season 10 and the primal season. At the time we knew how to disable the mechs and that season I still hold my kill record being 20. Can’t even get that now with bots. And the primal weapons were so good imo. And the bows we so cool. Chapter 2 season 6 wasn't that bad I'll admit I was my second ever season but the map changes were realy unique the crafting system wasn't that bad once you understand it just feels a bit pointless because there's always a clear best weapon to craft into but I really liked the bows they were really fun and hot take better than snipers because of how unique the diffrent bows were and it was so satisfying to hit a head shot with it also the updates were great

Even though I've never played Fortnite (I just watch content on KZbin about it), I enjoyed Wrecked mainly due to the theme and Battle Pass skins. My top 5 favorites are: 1, The Machinist (I made a character based on her called Gadget for my CreateCity Realms Animated Series. That tells you how much I like her.😅), 2, Brite Raider, 3, Peabody (No one can hate this boi.), 4, Wastelander Magento, and 5, Megalo Don. The only reason it's hated is because of the cars and Epic choosing one side over the other instead of making it equal by removing Cars and Nitro (Fists) from Ranked.

Yeah the areas where the chrome wasn’t completely coving things look real ugly, but man, one of my favorite seasons, great battle pass, and fun Halloween event, and the chrome was fun to use, and vibin wasn’t even bad at all, it was that it was a summer season so there was a drought in content in the middle where Epic went on vacation, and there was movement, the ballers. And the reality biome was beautiful, and the mechs in Season X were removed the second half of the season and were heavily nerfed where if more than 1 person was shooting at it it would die hella fast.

Chapter 2 Season 6 was deeply underrated IMO. It was different, but not as "bad" as people say it was. Chapter 2 season 8 however, was something else.... half the loot pool was objectively horrible no matter how well you managed to use them with little to no upgrade path, and the zombies were just a waste of time. Also the map change was pretty damn underwhelming. And for a season finale, it was boring af. First and only battlepass I didn't complete.

Avatar was great. Imo they fumbled by ruining the Midas update. I mean, the storyline went nowhere, the boat disappeared after 2 weeks, floor is lava was gone after a weeks, Midas' Drum Gun was gone after a week and not to mention it was nerfed into the ground like they always ruin that weapon. Other than that, it was great. I had so much fun staying up all night in Ramadan playing that season. Just the Midas event was kinda disappointing.

First things first, Coral castle was added instead of Atlantis, the whole map was all just underwater, and there really wasnt much story line going there. The worst seasons of every chapter in order from not that bad to horrible : -Chapter 1 season x : very bad at the start but they pretty much fixed everything by the end, also added cool mechanics like coin flip -Chapter 2 season 6 : great concept with the crafting, but the way they implemented it was just not that good , plus all primal weapons were either terrible or overpowered . Should have done mechanical weapons and tactical weapons instead of mechanical and primal , no makeshifts , and with crafting being for sidegrading between mechanical and tactical , instead of upgrading. -Chapter 4 season 3 : it wasn’t that bad and had a few fun aspects , plus the biome was a cool concept but they just implemented it wrong , they should have had the location surface level and made more stuff breakable instead of it being low lying lands with a lot of stuff you couldn’t break . The flap jack was pretty op , the mammoth was op too but at least it was also fun to use. One of the biggest problems however was performance, the new biome in particular was really laggy and delayed compared to the rest of the map. -Chapter 3 season 3 : Just a very dull season with very little interesting going on . It was just so boring, it probably has the opposite problem from everything else on this list. Instead of too much crazy or trying things that didn’t work out, it just was instead very boring and stale , which in most cases is arguably worse. Only thing worse than this is when the craziness gets pushed to the extreme , like during chapter 5 season 3. -Chapter 5 season 3 : Could have been decent or even good, but fists and cars made the season so bad, that it in my opinion was the worst of all time.

The tac pistol was a bit op but it had so little ammo ( it was only made good ammo wise by augments ) , the tac was op at first but it was nerfed during chapter 2 season 5 to be ballanced and not op . Same with tac smg, it was op at first, but was nerfed in chapter 2 season 4

Bp was mid but I loved the cars and the mods too but I only played zb solos so it might be different for other modes. Ch5s2 was wore but only a little imo. The warforged ar was way too bouncy and had terrible bloom. I felt the dmr was off a bit but that could just be me and my playstyle. The wings and Zeus bolts were good tho
