I believe that as you start each subsequent round, you don’t flip over two card to see who goes first. The person who first went out in the first round goes first in the next round, and so on.

Yes! You get to subtract those from your overall score.

you said to remove an entire “ROW”. Can it be an entire Column or entire ROW if all the numbers are the same?
