Some people are brilliant at what they do but are unable to teach in a simplified manner a 5yr old would understand your manner of teaching. Much Appreciated!!! Please Keep the Info coming. Learning and understanding SOOOO........MUCH

Hey man it looks like your channel is still in the growth stage so just wanted to give you some positive feedback. You're an excellent teacher and communicator and touch on so many important topics for people like me trying to learn how to not only replicate music (i.e. read sheet music) but to learn how to actually write and understand it as well. Keep up the good work. (P.s. this is literally like only the third channel I've ever subscribed to 🤙🏻)

Appreciate the feedback man. That’s exactly what I’m going for really, trying to cover all aspects of learning music, glad to hear that

So CLEAR , SIMPLIFIED, and to the Point!!! THANK YOU for clarifying the positions of the notes that appear with the SLASH!! I had misunderstood that type of symbols and had been placing the letter after the slash in the soprano!! You really know HOW to TEACH!!

This is the best explanation of how the slash chords work. I was trying to figure out how to play them along with the normal chords. This is not complicated but my older brain just doesn't want to understand it all. So having it all broken down in a simpler form for the chord progression and inversion is really helpful. You are one of the best online teachers I have run across. I feel smart listening to you, and you enter my world where I am in my process, instead of expecting me to fit into your ideal teaching strategies. Some days it feels like I at the very beginning of my piano education process and I have to go back to the very start, but I am far from a beginner at this point, and I don't want to have to start over in any sense of the word. I cannot put myself into anyone's teaching program at this stage in my process, but your teaching style is easy to use and to learn from. You are also very motivating and speak to me in a way that I can understand and use in my practice. Thank you.

After a few years of guitar and some basic theory knowledge starting to learn the piano/keyboard has been much easier because of it. Your lessons are excellent for both beginners and those of us with some basic musical knowledge. Thanks for your clear and concise method of teaching. With the greatest of respect to other teachers out there, particularly some of our US based teachers, not everything has to be 'super' 'awesome' or full of hyperbole to get the message across and us Brits tend to prefer less over enthusiasm. Your more recent lessons are excellent too and you were my first piano subscription.

Thank you for a well explained tutorial. One question, however, I have a lead sheet with a F/G chord if I play the melody with my right hand and the bass note G with my left what other notes from the F chord should I play with the left?
