Thank you for explaining things. It really helps. When I went to the casino with my mother, years ago, I had no idea how slot machines worked. I went to a penny machine and I couldn’t understand why my $20 was gone so fast since it was just pennies. About 15 years later I went with my friends and I just watched them. Finally I went by myself and won $600. I was so excited. Since I’ve watched your videos I bought a gambler’s bank. I haven’t used it yet. I think I will bring it with me next time I go to the casino. Great tutorial. Nice and easy to understand for those that are new to slots. The only thing I would have added (and it’s not necessary to how one plays) is related to payouts. I would let the new players know that no casinos have ten dollar bills those 10 increment wins are paid in fives. Also, because of the coin shortage most casinos don’t give out coins they’ll give you a paper voucher which you use to keep playing slots or sometimes if the casino is Native American run you have the option of donating the coin wins voucher to an organization through the cash out machine.

Thanks. I went to the casino for the first time with a friend and she taught me how to play on the more expensive machines and I won $100. Then years later I went with my sister and I couldn't remember how it worked, with the betting and how many lines and that when it seemed so simple before. So we mostly stuck to the simpler penny slots. When we gave the other ones a try our money was gone so fast because we were just pushing buttons not really knowing what we were doing and the instructions didn't help. So this really helps for our next trip to the casino.

That was a very good tutorial for anyone new to gambling on slot machines. But sadly you forgot to mention that slapping, tapping, banging on the machine buttons or the screens, does not increase ones chances of winning. LOL

Play in the three dollar slot if you only put $1 in it will only pay out section 1 put in two coins it pays section 2 and if you put in three coins it'll pay the section 3 jackpot. If you only put $1 in it will not pay in section two or three you should have brought that up. Because if you only have $1 in there and you hit the jackpot it will not pay out

it kind of did but I am totally new to las vegas and one of those I have only tried playing a slot machine 1or 2 times and felt like i didn't get it. My question is i don't know what penny slots look like in vegas or casinos. I went to Harrah's the other day and saw a machine with one cent on it and put a $1 and it the button once and my game was over. so if you can explain where are the penny slots and betting one penny per bet so i get a feel for how slots work that would be great. I thought if i put a $1 in a penny slot i could push the button 100 times so see if i win any money, no matter how much.
