Players who start get 35 base points. 25 points if you come off the bench. You then get + or - points for everything from accurate passes to duels won or lost. Having a decisive action has the following: Goal +25 Assist +25 Goal-line clearance +25 Penalty Saved +25 Minus decisives: Red Card -20 3 goals conceded (goalkeeper) -20 Penalty conceded -20 etc. etc. A decisive action resets the base score. So if you score a goal and have a bad all-around game you will score a 60 (a decisive from the bench will default to a 60 also). It's only drop back down below that if a negative decisive is scored. Player score is basically any decisives, plus or minus their all-around score. It's complicated to read it, I'd recommend playing these free to play modes and you'll get used to what things score after a couple of weekends very quickly.
