I absolutely love your videos and have learnt so much from everything you share. It's also your style of teaching, you make me feel passionate about the history and stories behind why we like to play what we like to play. James Taylor is one of my favorite guitarist, really glad you did an episode on him. I was wondering if you could do an episode on Kyle Gass (KG) from Tenacious D? He's an extremely talented and relatively unrecognized guitarist who would be a cool feature on the channel. Another name I wanted to throw out there is Laurence Juber. He played in Paul McCartney and Wings, but did a lot of his own stuff too. His technical ability is incredible, but his feel and style is what really makes him unique. I'd be so happy if you could do an episode on either one of these guys, I think it would make some awesome content as well! Thanks again for everything you do!

Hey guitarpilgrim, you will probably do not read this message but i have a request : I saw that you know a lot about Jimi Hendrix type of playing and I want to know if you will do a « tips » video about « how soling/improvise like Hendrix, of course there is only one hendrix but I think you could probably teach some trick tips and licks that he uses very often and how he master the sound. Because there is a lot of video about jimi rythm technique but no one are about his solo/improvisation. So I hope you will read thus request, have a nice day. ( oh and sorry for my English I’m French) 😜

Guitar pilgrim. Love the way you analyze & point out what goes on with the rhythm, cords and notes that give a song dynamics. James is unsurpassed as a writer, vocalist & fingerstyle guitarist. However, his blues vocals fall short of being soulful. Almost like he is a little lost & pushing too hard. No offense meant, especially because of every other style of playing he does is top shelf.
