Dumplings! But those nigiri are adorable! I remember playing this game for the first time and with who and where. It's like you said, its memorable!

How many cards of the ones you have chosen on the menu do you have to take? I mean the amount to shuffle

You shuffle all the cards available for the menu items. It is only the deserts that you do not use them all.
