How to play 'The Boxer on guitar' with country style fingerpickin'

TMTI easy! Thumb = Base string middle finger !st string - Thumb= 3rd string index (first finger) =2nd string - keep rotating this fingerstyle till it moves along nice n smooth - The thumb starts with the G Chord Top string - Just change the base string when you move to the next chord ex- E string goes with all e chords major and minor - C is usually your 3rd fret on the C chord - the d chord is played with the D string and so on - keep on pickin

Really appreciate this Charlie, Hi from Melbourne Australia! I'm really stunned at how good you are and I love your rendition. Would love to see a bit slower for example at the start just after the base run "Sel-dom Told" when you go straight on to the EMinor and before the D chord do you right pluck four full plucks on the EMinor or do you skip the first pluck to make a cleaner entry on to the four plucks on the D chord? Perhaps if you also showed the right hand plucks when you change the chords we could see the whole process. You are a remarkable guitarist! You gave got this beautiful song utterly mastered!
