The maus if you want to angle in the most optimal way when in a sidescraping angle is to line up the edge of your back turret with the inside edge of the grill on the back of the maus which at a 30-40° should give you the most optimal angle to take fire.

I’ve run enhanced tracks and gotten the yellow track icon so it clearly doesn’t stop it from happening.

You got the yellow track icon because it did work. Otherwise it would’ve been red and mobility would have been cut off. It automatically fixes your red track to a yellow track and prevents the red track from happening in the first place. Atleast that’s what I’ve noticed.

The maus is simple to play the maus isn’t made to make big damage if you average 1.5k to 2k that’s a good game but if you average 3-4K bounces that’s what you need in the maus your the first one that needs to push in and take the damage as the team funnels in behind you

Huh, Droodles improved his Maus Playstyles. Well done. Now how to counter a Maus. Ignore it. Maus are completely useless if no one helping him shooting. Kill his team first. Maus have a lot of HP and armor at is bouncy than many people think. Take down the damage output first then you focus on Maus. Unless that Maus player is really good but it should be the last tank you kill. Maus can’t do much against horde of enemies anyway. I remembered my most damage block as a Maus is 10K. Seriously, if you know how to use the Maus and know enemies well enough. You can be absolute menace. Both team on equal skills but it just that they never counter a Maus PC playstyle before. Maus in Blitz usually doing predictable things. So as PC Maus. PC Maus are much rarer to find and if you don’t know how to counter it. You can’t beat it. PC Maus playstyle are much much harder to counter. These are the people who knows how to abuse WOT PC mechanics in Blitz, Maus in PC are not that special until you see how it played in PC version. Which surprisingly, Blitz is perfect for Maus PC playstyle. Which actually makes this tank quite OP in casual. Basically they are simple basic stuff. Never stop moving and angle away. Be very unpredictable on armor angling which shift everytime you move. Baiting shots half of the time. These are the absolute menace playstyle that I considered too much for mobile players to handle. Now, it doesn’t require a PC to play this at all. You can do exactly the same thing on mobile but you need the free view scrolling. Seriously this feature is underrated in Blitz. It makes you able to look freely without moving the gun. Which is a great feature for a Maus btw. Because this makes enemies unable to track your predictions. Unpredictable Maus are very dangerous. Now this feature is also good when mobilize a Maus on aggressive push, as Maus will able to move while the turret keep angled at the same time you can focus on driving angled as well. You can also use this playstyle on E100 as well. I think I have a good success with E100 and be absolute menace as well. The track is the weakness of German Heavies. If you can abuse to shoot at it do it. All German Heavies are useless if their tracks blown off.

Grinding the Maus line is painful speaking from experience and you may feel that you reget going for the tech line but it is a really good tank if you fully master the tank. Its all about distracting and deflecting the enemies shots by angling your tank for your team. 2. Strategically positioning yourself on the frontline 3. Don't isolate yourself from your teammates or the enemy will rush you

I now you hate maus kinda but what about the VK-100.01 (P) also not rub it in your face but I've never missed a shot in a maus but I always lose anyways the teams of today are terrible they don't know what they're doing I once had a reputation 60% win rate I am now at 40 also when you missed your first shot it was not the tank I couldn't help but notice that you were moving your turret all over the place maybe that played apart on your Miss I guess on your second Miss equals the same thing Maus Will miss a lot if you're moving that's why I usually like to stand still while I shoot but not for too long
