I finally know why I couldn’t play the violin way back in school; I wasn’t breathing because I wanted to concentrate so much. You are a good teacher.

Beautiful. The Swan is the song I want to play for my grandchildren, who are now old enough to appreciate it. Plus, our last name is Swan. As an older adult returning to cello and lessons, the vibrato and dynamics are still a challenge. Your lesson is so helpful, as are all your tutorials. Thank you.

good luck! I think that's beautiful. I started cello in january and my dad just started viola. vibrato is the trickiest part for me too.

I'm no cellist but watching you teach cello makes me go back to music school and change instrument. We composers should watch more videos like yours.

It's nice to see how you do the fingerings! I lost the music I learned this from when I was a teenager, and recently started playing it again because my pianist brother and I wanted to play something together for fun.

The Swan is such a beautiful expressive cello piece of music! Your approach is so helpful! It is is so so challenging! Like a ballerina doing bourses. Thank you for your inspiration and help to play this beautiful piece! I liked the 180,000 cello best! The C string was a rich soft tone and the rest so full in tone!

It's called a Cello, short for Violoncello. Just kidding, I'm sure you're asking about specifics like the maker or country of origin. 😉

Breathing is good. I try to remember to breathe when I'm practicing; it's amazing how your body automatically forfeits breathing when concentrating on learning the cello....WHY!? 😩😉

Where did you get the sheet music from? I asked my teacher if he could print this sheet music out for me and he says he still hasn't found a version for cello yet :( Does the one you got cost money, although i want a free version so he doesn't have to pay.

constant vibrato makes it boring .... I don't think ANY song should have constant vibrato.... I know one thing.... I never hear it on any piano versions of this... 😛
