Davvy, holly shit, your soloing in the end was just beautiful! I would love a video breakdown where you talk about your thinking and show some of those sweet nuggets you were laying down. This is one of my all time favorite GD songs.....thanks so much for you fantastic videos. love your playing man.

This is a fun tutorial of one of my favorite Dead songs. FWIW, I always liked the up-tempo version better; but that's besides the point. Wonderful vibe and excellent technique! Makes me listen better and appreciate this wonderful song more. BTW, I'm the guy you trust. Not the other guy... ;-)

Hey Davvy, I was just checking out this video and thought I would go to Ultimate Guitar Tabs to get the chords. So I click the video link on their site and BAM, there you are again. Way to go Brother. I will hook you up on your Patreon. Thank you for all you do ...

Perfect tutorial. You make these songs much fun to learn. My only gripe would be to have you beak down the first lead from the high C on the 10th fret. Not only is it a strange chord to me but the lead walk down back into the verse chords would have been extra helpful. I know you did it twice but it’s clearly part of the song. Both times they were both so fast I couldn’t keep up. Obviously I’m not talking about the ending lead which is more open to interpretation.

When you break down the vocal lead line...that’s awesome. Any way you could do a weekly series where you do a vocal lead line of dead songs. Or a companion piece to your lesson that goes over the vocal lead line. It would’ve super helpful for me. Thanks!

Hey dude, found your show just a few days ago and I am letting you know I dig your wildass southern hound dog acidhead vibe, all day long. I think your laid back approach rocks. I knew you were coming from the only direction possible, this music is all about THE SOUND, So dude I don’t know how old you are. I don’t think you could have met Jerry. I met Jerry and the band in 1971 at my first show. I asked him if I could sit behind the amps and he said ok. The first person I met with when I go around the amps is Bear and he is busy dropping liquid from a murine bottle onto the back of peoples hands and they licked it off. I stick my hand out and he put 33 drops on the back of my hand and I licked it off.So Jerry let’s me on the bus and Bear dosed me,how cool is that mofo, Like your gitfiddle playing. I like your choice of guitars also, sweet units Bodean. I hooked up with Bear and his acid dealers and sold his goods, the money was going to build Bear’s masterpiece The Wall Of Sound. Keep on keeping on Davvy, where the fuck is Toby, man? Love to you and to all the Deadheads out there. See you in Florida at the Dead&Co shows. The wheel is turning…⚡️🖖🏽⚡️🎸⚡️
