It says "You cannot access the game from this region" and exitlag is only giving me an option to choose japan not anything else in asia so I just don't know what else to do :(

Change your pc time zone to Korea / Seoul... fixed it for me :D

When selecting region in the NC launcher pick Global, they removed the Korean option.

Had the same problem. Dont sign in with username password, sign in with google... even after selecting global

When I'm trying to get into the game from the main screen I just loose connection to the server timeout is that just high traffic issue or something I did wrong

Usually when getting disconnected instant, means the VPN is not correctly setup, cause they will kick everyone/Disconnect them, if they are not in korea.

it tells me to confirm a code that was sent to the phone number, but its not my phone number, and "Lightning02" didnt send me any "link" or "API"... could anyone help me pls?

They should have included a API link where you can see the sms, if they forgot that, you should ask them via chat, the person you bought from

anyone know why my friend is getting abnormal access when he tries to log into his ncpurple? He was able to log in but I told him to restart his purple because throne and lib werent showing and then he got this error when he tried to log in

That link is a API Phone number, when it sends the code for changing number you would see the number inside that link, the code woudl have previewed when opening the link.

Can't setup any browser to KR Download (it just says updating ping - server unavailable)... can't change my bought accounts information that way?

Did you try both edge and chrome? Perhaps it’s called KR or Their main capital seoul

Happy to hear it went smooth, if you try to log into the game without vpn it will tell you, that you are in the wrong region sadly. But only 1 month till Amazon global release anyway

@@DvalinGaming for me i found a hack. Been doing it everyday now. Ill disconnect my vpn and it logs me out from the game to the main menu. Then, i just click play and it loads up with my wifi. Only thing is if i open the store it says currently unavailable until i switch back to an asian server

I downloaded via vpn, verifyed account , start the game logo screen appers and after i got error that is not working on my region. I couldn't make a route on vpn to game itself on a kr server. Only japan shows. Should get other vpn that has kr route? The purple i was able to set a kr route server.

RIP. Good guide but I'm stuck lol. I'm getting an error when changing the email saying that I've already tried too much to change email. I'm VPNd in with ExitLag to KR tried using chrome and edge (both enabled) and then I also tried to use gmail and yahoo. Even tried to change computer region/time to KR. :(

For some reason I can't choose the Korean region after opening NC Purple, the only options are Global, Taiwan, and Japan. I already have VPN running over my Browser, Thorne and Liberty, and NC Purple. Maybe am I missing something? 🤔

When downloading the game, does the vpn still needs to be active or can we pause it? Cause the download via vpn takes for ages -_-

I haven't tested it, but many say you don't need a VPN for downloading, only when you actually launch the game. So, I guess it's up to you to test it. 👀👌

As of now, no need for any VPN/ExitLag, just purchase KR account for purple/TL and all done.

I believe that the VPN (ExitLAG) helps to get a better connection to the game since it is far away. That's the reason that I gonna use it.

I do lol. But the game just dies after the Unreal logo is shown during boot. Tried for HOURS to get it working
