Alan r moon completely missed the opportunity to make TtT san francisco take place in the 19th century. Then instead of collecting torist tokens* there would be a mechanic to get rid of the vast sand dunes of the peninsula as the players expand their tramways, as well as the city itself. (*which is quite dull to include for only one of the TtT city games)
