Hate to be "that" guy, because I don't want to seem unappreciative of your work here ... but I think you are short 2 coast hexes in set up. I only count 8 and there should be 10 for a 3 player set up ... kzbin.info/www/bejne/eXKwe3ypo6qenKc EDIT: Although seeing that some of the game components in the video are different compared to mine ... I would bet that the rules are different now than they were when you recorded this tutorial.
