The whole Tiny Music album is on another level, musically. Amazing.

awesome clean breakdown, and i'm so glad that you said "i'm not sure" on some of those runs. cause so many tabs and source one finds online just say "this is it" and surely aren't. fast, distorted guitar is hard to heard, even for great musicians such as yourself. if it sounds good, then it's good, eh? you're providing good and real brasstacks guides to very difficult pieces, and that's a great benefit to guitar players everywhere

Thanks mate! Glad you enjoyed this one, that last part of the solo was a tough nut to crack and I'm still not 100% sure haha, but it's satisfying to play which is the main thing!

Your play style is so interesting to me. Where some people may use their ring finger for everything you use your pinky so much. Is that just how you learned or do you feel your pinky is more reliable?
@LetsPlayAll2 жыл бұрын
I’ve always tried to use my pinky finger. I think I read an article by Kirk Hammett or Alex Skolnick or someone I was into when I first started playing and they said they always try to use their pinky so i just persevered with it. It’s actually handy to use it for chords sometimes as beyond it just being more comfortable (for me anyway) it can help when switching fast between chords, like in Foo’s “I’ll Stick Around”, and Tom morello I’ve noticed employs that too. Good question, I hadn’t thought about it too much 🤘😊
