I knew this was coming after fogged started jungling. I've been maining Trynda for a few months now and while I see the value of the tiamat rush I prefer going for noonquiver because it's better for early objectives and pvp, also the Kraken power spike makes you impossible to stat-check and gives you a lot more options afterwards. I also like to start with a pot, I know it's not meta anymore but Trynda's one weakness is his hp at the first scuttle and the pot is the difference between being able to 1v1 a lv 4 Diana or not.

She can indeed, shes actually very strong and has a clear faster than most. Id guess he probably left a few other champions out such along with zyra such as sett for whatever reason. But zyra definetly very good jungler
