After playing both i do have to say that Gamma seems better, some of the mechanics in EFP are meh, like when dropping ur primary when hit in the arm.

I'm playing EFP for a different experience, Gamma and EFP are both trying accomplish separate things. I like both and if you know my channel I have a lot of GAMMA videos. I boot up a different modpack for different factions. Keeps things refreshing.@@DerDrecksack87

A life was so far ahead of its time. Most games today don’t have AI nearly as intelligent as this AI. I was in a firefight with four monolith soldiers in outskirts, I dropped the first one with an unsilenced weapon. The other three turned on me as one was just firing rounds in my direction. One took cover and kept firing at me as one vanished to the side of the building and attempted to work his way around me. The only reason I survived is because in between the enemy reloading that was behind cover, I was actually able to hear the other footsteps coming from the hallway to my right.

I didn't know about this mod. Looks really cool. I've just been on Anomaly 151. And I didn't know you could put your sidearm in your knife slot until seeing you do it. I came here because I'm also doing a UNISG run, but I'm also on Ironman, and it takes 5 days to get an extra life. In the beginning of any run, it's so easy to die. The first one was from one of those ball lightning strikes. Killed me outright. Then I got one shot by a chimera. And I also died because my disguise failed when trying to make it past a Duty patrol. Long story short, I was down to one life by the second night, so I've needed to play really carefully for almost four days. I took some merc jobs and made runs through Army Warehouses, Truck Cemetery, and Dark Valley to The Garbage. Made a good bit of rubles picking up artifacts and selling mutant parts. I need to get to the rendezvous in Jupiter. I tried going through Radar because I took a contract from Dushman to get documents from the northern base, but I've been away from Stalker for a bit, so I totally forgot about the Brain Scorcher. With UNISG being hostile to virtually everyone, how do I get the psy helmet? If I pay Asian for a truce, will that allow me to get it from the Ecologists? With the truce as well as disguises being predicated on proximity, that probably wouldn't work. And just testing it out is a risk because if I loose all my lives, all my saves get wiped courtesy of Ironman. I poked around a little in Limansk, but I wasn't kitted enough to get too far, but if I take the long route to bypass Radar, can I get around the Brain Scorcher? Or do I need protection to go any further north of Radar? Or wait, I'm just remembering as I write this, there's that lab in Yantar. Is that where I turn off the Scorcher? If so I still need the helmet from the Ecologists. If I'm going to attempt any of that, or even just trying to get around to Jupiter, I should probably get a better armor from the Mercs. I have 90k rubles, so I could by something, but that would be my big purchase for a good while. My weapons are serviceable. I took the FAMAS and a Beretta, and use whatever decent sniper I can scavenge. Was an SV98 but that wore out so now I'm just rolling a Mosin with a PU scope. Plenty of hand grenades, and I try to keep an IED incase I'm in trouble. I can just set it for proximity and run. Anyway, I'll try watching a few of your video's here to see how you deal with this and see if any of my questions get answered. However, if anyone already knows and feels like sharing, I'd appreciate it. Anyone who reads this has my sincerest well wishes! 😬👍🏻 On a post note, is your audio part of this mod you're using? Or is it a separate mod? Your gunfire is so much better and more realistic than the plain Jane Anomaly audio.

Get a 100% ecologist or clear sky disguise then go buy the helm. I don't recommend a merc disguise because the chance of running into a loner who might ambush you is very high. Hope that helps.

I always liked the armosphere of EFP, but sometimes I find it a bit annoying, I don't know others but I often run into the "buisy hands" bug, in that regard gamma seems more stable. Anyway nice video, keep up the good work man

disable skinning and backpack animations, the reason gamma is more stable in that way is because they have disabled these animations. They are the two main culprits for busy hands.

What's the point of 45 Degree/Offset Sights? I've always seen them as "flashy" or "tacticool."

I collect guns in real life. I personally don't like it. Its a quick way to snap to a red dot if you're in a CQB fight. Same idea of having a red dot on top of a scope like an Elcan or a Bravo sight.

The only game I ever plaied where you like load the mags manually (sort of) was some Tom Clancy game on the original Xbox. I was a teenager and I would reload religiously after firing like 2/3 bullets... Imagine my dismay when I finally start reloading mags with a handful of bullets in each one .. god I was ripping my hair out and I've avoided games that do it ever since 😂

Base game EFP doesn't have crooks ID. That was something i added on this specific playthrough. Download that and the patch for EFP if you want to use it.

Not watch much of EFP but in your defence the UNisg and merc playthroughs are pretty darn similar so you're running a much lower risk of people losing interest and stopping watching. all in all a good decision I think even the people that were against efp will probably come round, diversity is king imo

Yes they are. EFP is a different vibe and a lot of fun. Gunfights are intense.

Gunfights are more dangerous in EFP and less feature bloat - a lighter mod order. Gamma Progression is harder though so a longer hobo phase.
