Looks promising. The game also seems to share a few concepts with the older Vampire:The Eternal Struggle TCG (2 different player decks, your blood also being your currency...)

Somehow, I ended up wishing for the smooth-voiced lady to have opened the vid with the narration "The blood extends life. The blood expands consciousness. The blood is vital to remain in control. He who controls the blood, controls the city".

Great title! Great art and theme! I love how its set in modern/urban setting. But too many card types and pieces for me. That's where it looses me.

Looks like a light version of VTES. Rivals will be a great filler game for that time when I´m not playing his big brother.
