Man it's too bad you didn't mention NRscribe, it's the right most export in NR and it still exports a Yellowscribe readable but it is way better at giving the right load outs and abilities to models.

Try exporting a guard unit with the special weapons using both exports and you'll see what I mean

I'm in the middle of b**t-f**k-nowhere, and I'd love to paint the models AND play with them. I was asking a friend if there was some sort of single player AI to play against, so I could use the models to play against. I'm only at the start of this video, but, you just mentioned VR... and AR I think would totally make that viable :O. I don't know if theres support for it, but, holy crap it'd be cool!

There's no way for AI to work with such a system. You'd have to build a game from the ground up to support it. But technically you don't need a computer. You can follow a flow chart for the enemy army and you would just have to move the pieces yourself. Generally you will make melee units run to the nearest objective, have ranged units shoot the closest target, etc. It doesn't replace a thinking opponent but it does let you roll some dice and play a basic game solo.

how do you fix your army loading in with the wrong models? I had 5 lychguards spawn in as tomb blades. says lychguards though haha and triarch praetorians spawn in as warriors :P

Yep! TTS has a hotseat mode if you want to use it sharing the controls for dice rolls might be a little tough but you can certain make it work

No. Technically 40k rules don't assign leaders when building your list. There really isn't any need to since it doesn't change your points or anything.

You can play larger games on the FTC board if you just want to use it as a base (the fact that there are only red and blue sides doesn't matter much for moving models around etc) But AFAIK there are some other less sophisticated map bases on the workshop too that you can add more players to
