Sorry, Alan, for the stupid question. But does “detune by one fret” mean the e becomes f sharp? Full f?

Hi mate, the Es become Eb, B to Bb, G to F#, D to C#, and A to G#. I use a chromatic tuner to tune the strings down. All the best - Alan 😊
