If you have a private map, you control who comes in, don't give random people the code or use ABCD. You control them by not letting them in. If you're talking about the public maps where everyone can build, then asking politely is about the only way.

You can always buy button coins. The "astronaut" cosmetic launch is the best deal going and will only last 3 or 4 more days. There are also 5 stashes on each of the prebuilt maps, Starter, Blue, Playground, Hill and Plaza. They're good for butt coins once.
