How to point Domain name to private IP Address

Dearest Guy!!
In this video I want to share about tip point Domain name to private IP.
I have one system run on web browser below
localhost:8069
and I bought Domain name one from GoDaddy okgroup.tech and then I pointing this domain to above system.
Step Configuration:
1. We go domain name setting add two record
2. Go to router create port forwarding
