Tim, that was one of the most interesting videos I have seen in a long time. First off, I had no idea that part of New York was so beautiful! I sure have missed out on a lot. Second, I have poured a lot of concrete, and I never saw a shoot with a sock like that. We had pump trucks, or trailers but no conveyor belts shoot. Not to mention the power screed! I'm from the time you mentioned where you had two very strong guys on a 2 X work very hard! Wow how times have changed. Thank you for a GREAT video.

Tim, nice drone footage, especially the morning fog in the valley. Concrete work can be so satisfying, especially when someone else is doing it!

If Karl is involved in it. It's built to last and done right, He's done a few concrete jobs for me and years later there's still no cracking separating or heaving

Does the concrete dry inside the truck shoot...??

@nicchogirl • Notice the water hose cleaning the equipment around 5:05 or so. Probably from the house for this pour, but concrete trucks carry enough water in tanks to be able to mix the concrete and still do cleanup if they are pouring in a remote location.

Once in a while, they hire someone to chisel the hardened concrete off the shoot and the drum
