How to practice “beingness” vs. “doingness”

As caregivers we are usually so busy “doing” things that it’s hard to remember that we are supposed to be human “beings.” Taking tiny breaks to breathe and be still can help clear our minds so we can make better choices about the most important things to do. Our “to do” list will never be “done”, but we can increase our moments of stillness and peace with intention and practice. it’s good for our bodies, minds, and spirits! #dementiacaregiver #caregiver #peace #breathe #dianechew
