Don Juan Carlito "manos benditas" Mendoza.

I used various ones in the video. As mentioned Dr.Betotte I used for the cool down. I also just put the customized exercises on ableton live. HOWEVER most of the time I use PolyNome. I just couldn’t figure out how to program it to what I wanted so that’s why I used ableton to customize the voice exercises. But PolyNome does it all and the creator Joe Crabtree is very responsive and can help you out! Lots Of tutorials out there! However I used this for the video…. www.multitracks.com/free/. Just go to the guides. You’ll have to manually input it on your DAW or if you Ned something pretty straightforward PolyNome has you covered!

I would like to plead you make a video showing your technique of playing clean triple kicks on a single pedal. I don't know if it's too much to ask but I just had to ask in case you can do this or in case you already have a video on this. I have this issue where my triple kicks are not clean. I have a good exercise I believe for working on triple kicks from Calvin Rodgers that involves playing three successive 16ths and on every next beat you shift it by one 16th note but I want to also get a good technique if in your opinion there is any you think is advisable. I have been think just work on the exercise and as you increase the tempo just let your body(foot) play naturally and develop its technique but I really want to have your opinion on this matter please

Hey! For this video I used this… www.multitracks.com/free/ I used the click and guides and made an ableton live session for this video. I normally use PolyNome (which also has a voice setting) but I couldn’t figure out how to program a multi time signature, so I just did it manually in ableton live. I dug how it came out but it does take a little time. But PolyNome is fantastic! Check it out if you get a chance!

@JuanCarlitoMendoza2 ай бұрын
@@ruandduhey! It’s version 1 . I love it! It is SUPER HEAVY though. But the changing of heads is so clutch and to me the drum is a great tool to show you how each head affects the tone of a drum! Especially the bottom head. Most of the time we don’t want to be under the drum tuning that resonant head and we set it and forget it. By adjusting that bottom head with the knob you get to experiment with so many tunings that you normally wouldn’t. I’m suppose to be getting the black nickel one as well. I am really stoked to try that out! I’ll keep you posted.

Now, a serious question : How many hours a day do you recommend to get to the next level?
@JuanCarlitoMendoza2 ай бұрын
As many as you can fit in. But the key here is to be consistent. You have to do it daily. If you take a day off, you have to practice the next day. Don’t take too many days off in between because you’ll forget what you previously did. Also record yourself!

@@LJ023just go at your own pace. Work on stuff that you will need to use immediately. Don’t focus on things that you won’t use on a gig. Also be a little forgiving to yourself as well. Finally turn your phone off when you practice to avoid distractions.
