Another good method is to do tiny speed bursts as your going slow

Hey Claus.. I always wanted to ask you. "what do you thing about using a metronome, drum machine (like AddictiveDrums 2 (best)) ?

Is it good to lift your first finger off the board slightly after you pick that note. Like say 5-7-9 on the A string then 579 on the d string. Should u lift the first finger up as soon as the middle finger goes down on the 7 of the a string, or is it ok to leave it down
