Hey Derek Danke für das Video. Eine Frage noch: Wieso empfiehlst Du die Marchin Sticks, statt normaler Drum Sticks? Gruss aus der Schweiz
@dereksdrumchannel4 жыл бұрын
Hallo TH!

Hi, thanks for your video ! I have a problem though to read the flam section, as the 'f' does not define if it's the right or the left hand doing it.
@dereksdrumchannel4 жыл бұрын
Hey Math las! On the bottom of page 16 in the book the notation for the flams is explained: "F" means right-hand-flam - so the right hand plays the main accented stroke and the left hand is playing the flam (grace note) and the "F with the circle" around the letter means the opposite.......hope this answer helped!? Thanks for watching the video!

Hi, can you please explain what you do with the temposheet? Does the metronome gradually speed up? How often? Thanks!
@dereksdrumchannel Жыл бұрын
Hey Thomas! I use the tempo sheet to speed up step by step and having a sort of guideline in what steps I will speed up. Of course feel free to find your own steps (for example 5 beats faster etc). And I do this (speeding up) when I feel it´s time to go faster. So when I have the feeling one tempo is mastered and I am ready to go on.......makes that sense to you? All the best! Derek
