How to Pray (3/5): Finding MOTIVATION to pray

Sometimes life just gets too busy and we praying can become difficult or hard. We sometimes just don't have the energy to pray or come to God after a long day's work. But it's important to remember why we pray. We are in a battle with the enemy. Prayer keeps us connected to God and keeps us safe. This world is a warzone, without God in our lives, there can be real consequences. It's important to stay connected with him. In this video, we want to provide you with some motivations to remain in prayer with God, even when it's tough.

Those are good motivations I’ve always struggled to pray because I don’t know what to say anymore and I’m tired of praying about prayer requests and not having them being an reality. I have so many desires that has to do with God and it is discouraging most of them haven’t even happened. Prayers I’ve been praying for years with barely seeing any of them come true. So when I go to God I tell him I don’t wanna talk about it. I am mad and disappointed with him. Knowing he is capable of so much but not seeing him helping enough me at all.

I want to share with whoever reads this comment that I got to share at my bible study at church today is that Satan and his followers hate you and want to destroy you. And there is good reason. Satan hates God, he hates his creation and wants to destroy it. Oh how Satan just despises God with all his heart, if he even has one. He wants to destroy anything thats related to him, especially something made in his own image. Thats right, you. You who are reading this, me as well, we are both made in God’s image. He said so himself before Adam was formed. He left it as so when you were born from your mother. You were made in the image of God, you belong to God, and Satan wants you destroyed and suffering. Don’t let that happen and pray for the battles to be in your favor (which it will through Jesus Christ). The war is won already, its up to you to believe it by living a life of repentance and having that personal relationship with your creator who loves you. God bless you my family in Christ
