Don’t forget to sit in the positions longer and ask forgiveness within the positions . Each position and focusing on entering prayer by saying Allah is greatest which means he’s better than everything else , leave it all behind for him connecting , connect with your praises to focus on Allah and reaching , really reach for him the entire salah given .

It's a sunnah prayer so you'll gain reward (insha'Allah) for praying it but if you don't do it you won't be sinful for it
