How to Pray

How to Pray. I’ve been asked this question a lot so here’s a visual prayer video you can play before going to bed or first thing in the morning. This isn’t a video on how to pray but it is a prayer and you can follow along or use as inspiration to create your own personal prayer. I have short funny prayers, long heartfelt ones, it really just depends on how I'm feeling. I wanted to edit a cinematic video hence the words and visuals. My personal prayer is just that, personal to me so no this isn't it. This is a video designed with the intent to inspire you to create your own. If you need help with making your own prayer feel free to use the structure below:
FIRST
Start by thanking God for the little and small things in your life
SECOND
Pray for others whether that's family, friends, or strangers
THIRD
Ask God for what’s in your heart. Be sincere and focus on qualities and attributes versus a shopping list. Be honest with yourself

Oh! and please read PSALM 19! I met a woman on a very bad day and she didn't say anything just looked at me and passed me a sticky note with this psalm on it and it said read daily. This is how I start my day and it has helped. if anyone reads it please let me know it has made me feels so good in remembering that I am with someone and not alone. I'm very sick and I HIDE IT FROM MY KIDS to an extent and this psalm has brought me peace. love and blessings from Brooklyn NY
