I just pulled a 75' fiber optic HDMI cable through 50' of conduit with 4 x 90 degree bends, running through a finished wall. The conduit already contained a Cat6 cable and an audio cable. I didn't have Tom on the other end, but my wife was able to handle it. The last time I ran the Cat6 cable through this conduit, I had to break the conduit about halfway through the run to get it through - the basement was unfinished at that time, so I had access. I dreaded this job for months, and figured it would be hours of swearing and pulling and possibly ruining the cable. After prepping the pull ropes and cable we got it done in a half hour, being SUPER cautious not to pull too hard on the F.O. cable. Why didn't someone tell me about this before???!!! THANK YOU!

All that for one cable 🤦🤦🤦 If your cable pull is so difficult that you have to apply that much lubricant it means you haven’t sized your tube correctly for the amount of bends and cables in the run.

Yeah, I liked everything except the knots used. He should probably use a Sheet bend to attach to the pull rope; you don't want it coming loose while pulling. A "man harness" would perhaps be better for the loop in the bight, though the one he used wasn't terrible, since it can't come loose as used.
