I had the same issue. Turns out this is a "Business Plus" or higher level feature... Regular Business subscribers do not have access to this feature.

I like the idea with the bar chart for forecasting, and plotted all our projects. Sadly it only shows data up to the current month, despite the fact that I have projects scheduled and estimated for the months to come. It seems ClickUp charts only works with data in the past. Any ideas for a work around?

I'm half tempted to say this is may be a bug inside ClickUp. Have you had a chance to reach out to them and confirm that you are experiencing a bug?

@@LaylaPomper it's not a bug. According to ClickUp Help all time-based cards display only historical data... still liked your idea, but will have to continue with google sheets to get the desired result :)

do you have any idea / pro tip how to temp. reduce capacity of a member because of vacation or other reasons?

We suggest having the team member modify their workload by either getting ahead or adjusting due dates for when they are back in the office. As for sick days, we have our managers jump and help reassign daily tasks that need to be done.

Hey! Great video! Can you please tell me how you see person's workload by day (Monday, Tuesday, etc.). I can set person's workload only by week capacity.

When I click to set the capacity for each assignee, it only shows weekly capacity, not daily... how do I edit daily capacity? Edit: Oh, I needed the business plus plan!

This view is awesome! Workload capacity planning has been a major pain point for our agency. How can we incorporate meeting time into this workload view efficiently?

It depends on the context of what exactly you are needing. You can include a meeting estimated time to the task and still be able to view it inside workload.
