Literally nobody has covered how to set preload and ride height on the rear multi link suspension... it's frustrating watching all of these how-to's and not seeing the steps I need. Other than that, good vid

qwikeg6 set height on spring. Lift the control are slightly then install shock

The rear once you get the jack under the control arm just jack it up use your hand and yank on the spring until it’s not moving anymore don’t worry about trying to measure it

How many inch did you put in the spring? and how many inch did you lower it?

Did you have a problem with the rear preload? Once I mount everything up the spring for the rear is already compress and there isn't freeplay so I can't even set the load. Adjust my height since I had no choice and the spring measure at 5 7/8th I believe on jack stand.

Removal of the cowl is not needed for a coil swap. Just saying for the viewers out there. Honda left the access panel at each corner to easy access

I agree. It's a Million times easier just to remove the cowl then to fight that tiny ass "access panel"

Do Boy's Garage sorry took a while to reply back, well I used a tein basis Z coilover I just want to know if thats a pre load from factory or I need to pre load it? cause after I install it I’m having a hard bounce every time I drive and the steering wheel is hard to control,my car is like going side way even though I’m on a strait line, I think I messed up when I install my suspension.

This has to be one of the most pain on the ass cars to do coilovers on. Stick with springs and good struts.

It is not even close to necessary to remove all those panels to get to the strut mount. All you have to do is pop of a single panel that is specifically there to access it. You might have a lot less room to work with, but it takes way less time than removing all of that,
