The reflections really helped. I was trying to get motivated for 2023, but just couldn’t like past years. So many good things happened in 2022,so I wasn’t ready to leave it. I wasn’t acknowledging the bad parts that I needed to work on in 2023

Heck yes so proud of you for admitting you don't like your life. That seems to be a big struggle for some people and not something I've personally struggled with discovering about myself as I've always disliked my life. But this year I'm also going to be implementing those changes. I feel like people get way too defensive about the world to realize that their life isn't satisfying to them.
