How to Prep Natural Hair for Swimming

I swim about three times a week, trying to get better. I bought two swim caps-from YGN & Hairbrella which work pretty good. TY for this vlog!!

Try using a sync hair guard and ear guard headband. Its pretty tight and i put it over my cap to ensure no water gets in. Amazon has them.

Maybe try a different swim cap, i buy my daughter’s ones from amazon and her hair comes out dry everytime. She is also just learning to swim and really enjoys the pool. Had to try a few different ones to find her perfect fit

@@StarringLia just checked and both are silicone ones and both are meant for *long/thick hair. One js from amfun which covers the ears and has a seal sort of feeling when you put it on. The other one is a speedo cap. Hope that helps
