I’ve got an idea for a meatless meal, I got the inspiration from a frozen meal that’s real expensive. It’s a vegetable bowl Brown rice ( or jasmine) cooked in vegetable broth Roasted acorn squash, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms carrot,roasted chickpeas. And drizzle with tahini or Greek yougurt with some spice

I love these recipes and the tips. This is a great way to keep the pasta from getting mushy and I never thought of rehydrating it that way.

This is a very nice video, great how you can hear the children 😍 Maybe a tip for anyone who wants to make meatballs safely; use two forks, I learned this technique from my grandmother 😉

I've discovered that the best and easiest way to brown meatballs is to form them into a cube after I roll them out to size. That way they don't roll around and every side gets brown. BTW, I love the sound of children at play 🙏🏻🥰

Like what you are doing so far my grandmother use to use sweet potato meatballs just in broth she also used sweet potato in a vegetable soup also she was full blooded Siciliano kale good in 🍲 Romano cheese more flavor no red pepper flakes she thought spicy food gave her an ulcer probably was aspirin made it worsen not red sauce into broth trust meat spotzuls however that's spelled
