Good video. I've always cooked up my deer hearts for my lab Bear. He gets so excited when I bring a deer home. I think he remembers deer=steak dinner for him lol. Hes 14 hope I can get him one more

Good video, my pocket / hunting knife similar to yours is sharp too but I use my filet knife or my bone knife seems to work better for me especially when I'm working on bigger pieces of meat.

I agree, I used a small fillet knife the last time I cut breast out of a turkey I got and really liked using it and will be using more.

deer heart is good. I usually fry it up in a dry skillet with a dab of butter with peppers and onions.

TL Bell Yep! Sam said his mom wouldn’t allow it in the house, that’s how I got it. I forgot to mention that in the video. Lol
