How to prepare emalakanyi/ malakwang (pasted veggies from teso)

We were in soroti the other day and Sheilla taught us how to make malakwang, the easiest and faster sauce in history okay apart from enunira in ankole this can be made by anyone , watch and tell us if you’ll try this at home.
This can be enjoyed with atap or mbooli (sweet potatoes) and doesn’t require alot of preparation details, just paste and the veggies.

Thats Ecadoi in Iteso and malakwang in acholi....i love the preparation,its good for new mothers who dont have breast milk yet...it stimulates more milk

Echadoi is completely different from amalakany. In luo and Acholi, echadoi is called akewu...malakwany remains malakwany, and this is what it is and this is how it is prepared. Echadoi is prepared using soar milk❤. Thank you cooking nurse for this
