Hi Ms Bohlale, this is a bit unrelated to the video but two companies promised me interviews but didn’t give me a specific date and the weeks which the interviews would’ve been scheduled passed, what does it mean and should I ask them what happened?

How did they promise you an interview? Did they do it verbally? There’s no harm in asking them via email whether you are still scheduled to have an interview with them. If they promised CIA email, then just respond back on the email to follow up.
