Calculate merit you need approx 180+ its because 50%is mdcat 40%fsc and10%of matric marks & surely if your dream is to become a doctor than you can do it nothing is impossible in this world its require alot of hardwork consistency to achieve your stethoscope in sha Allah 🎉best of luck
